fiXit handyman services
fixit handyman services provides property owners, real estate agents and property managers or commercial property owners with repair service for one off problems that occur in the home or office.
fiXit real estate and staging service
This service includes a choice of five of the listed interior/exterior options on the “property punch list” for a $500.00 flat fee. Optional walk-through with the agent/stager is included in this fee. Additional fees are associated with some work due to larger scope of job. These additional fees will be billed on a time & material basis. Referrals may be made by phone, email, or mail. Monthly electronic billing and “work performed” reports are available.
